2013: The Extended Poses

This past month has been something else. Not only did I celebrate another birthday (Yay? Yes, Yay!), but I also completed another coloring gig (look for the anthology “Wild Ocean” from Matt Dembicki early next year), moved myself to Sterling, VA, while simultaneously moving my girl, Sam, to Boston so she may pursue a PhD at Northeastern University. This was quickly followed by two comic-cons: Baltimore and SPX, both of which were relatively successful.

And now with the summer quarter finals officially over, I am finally able to reflect, and catch up. And with that, I have a variety of new works to share with you, first of which are this year’s ‘Extended Poses’ from the Dulles Drawing Club sessions. Throughout the 2013 school year, the DDC has held one session per quarter which allows us to study the figure in greater detail. Here are some results.

More to share, including my first ‘En Plain Air.’ Coming soon!
